Everything went very smoothly

Family of 4 had a great time, great house and location.

Our family of 10 stayed March 19-24. Upon arrival, parking was a breeze for our 3 vehicles. Check-in was easy using a code given prior to arrival. The house was quaint yet spacious enough for our large family. Bedrooms were separate from the living space…great given our group size! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach! The view from the top balcony was stunning! Mgmt was responsive to emails & offered to take phone calls for any questions about excursions. With that said, we read the reviews prior to booking & were under the impression that the cottage was clean, well kept & stocked with basic necessities. Our experience was different. There was sand on the floor, in beds & on furniture. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the house. A bunk bed mattress had a large area covered in something resembling blood or vomit. We brought this to the attention of mgmt. She said there was a new cleaning crew. There was not enough bedding for each bed. We were short sheets. We messaged mgmt & she brought sheets the next day. In the meantime, we washed blankets to have enough clean bedding for each bed. Mgmt said the new cleaning crew must have overlooked that each bed should be supplied with full sets of bedding. The listing said linens were provided. 10 bath towels, 3 hand towels & 3 washcloths were provided. No kitchen linens were provided. We ended up buying extra linens at Wal-Mart. The listing said there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Only one bedroom had one. The listing said toilet paper was provided. A total of 6 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 10 people sharing 3 bathrooms for 6 days. There were no paper towels & only one garbage bag was provided. We brought this to mgmt’s attention, & she said they only provide a starter supply, so we purchased toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags. The listing said pantry items were provided. There was only salt & pepper. Amenities list water sports gear. We asked what was included prior to coming & were told fishing poles, sand toys & maybe a boogie board or 2. There were 3 fishing poles (no sand toys or boards). Overall, our stay was super nice & we had a fantastic time exploring PCB! However, there were many inconveniences. The listing was inaccurate. The house was not clean even though our cost included a $250 cleaning fee. It was disappointing to have to clean upon arrival, do laundry prior to sleeping and run to the store for basic supplies.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great and with perfect access to the beach. The house is adorable. The kids really enjoyed going on top of the observation deck to hang out, look out onto the beach and just chill. The front porch swing is a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

Unbelievable property! This rental location and home is so great that I texted the owners and offered to buy the property. The house is DIRECTLY on the water. Home has a gate directly onto the public access ramp (Access 33). Home could sleep 13 comfortably, though we only had 7 people. Home equipped with everything you need (and the rental agreement tells you exactly what they don’t provide) Check in was a breeze. Check out was the EASIEST of any VRBO property. Some properties make you strip the beds and start the laundry. This property was not bogged down with “rules”. Simple. Easy. Driveway easily fit our two ginormous SUVS. Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors/locals are soooo friendly. We met wonderful people. Beach is clean. Sand is white and soft enough to walk barefoot (shells a plenty at the waters edge!)Something I will mention because it might bother some, but it was one of my FAVORITE ASPECTS… the house is old. The ceilings are low. The doors are wonky. But it adds to the beach-y kitschy vibe. I loved every single thing about this house! This home is S P A C I O U S !!! It’s a sprawling ranch home with lots and lots of privacy for everyone!STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have been going to PCB for 11 years and this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The owners are amazing! I have never had a owner keep in touch and check on us like they have. This will forever be my go to condo.

It is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including a crock pot. The view is amazing ! Our family of 8, never felt crowded and we will be back next year.

We have been staying at Aqua for 10+ years and this is by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Love the layout and everything was available that we needed for our stay. Will definitely book again

Excellent location and the place was beautiful. Parking was easy. Pools were very nice. If I HAD to complain about anything, it would be the size of the balcony. But we would definitely rent there again.

Property was as advertised. The condo was very clean and felt like home. Lindsay was very easy to work with. Location was good, a ten minute walk to the beach. The 18 hole putt putt course on the property was a nice bonus as well as the the 11 swimming pools on the property. The owner has chairs and a wagon to transport your stuff to the beach. What a help that was with 5 of us. Would definitely rent from Lindsay again, totally enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed staying here with my family this past week! The short walk to the beach was awesome and the pool that was across from the house that was super close to go to when you didn’t want to walk to the beach. Lindsay was in communication prior to the stay as well as during and after! Definitely would book here again when going to Panama City beach!

The condo was great! It was clean. The check in and out process was easy! It has everything you need for a day at the beach! It has a chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a wagon and even baby floats! I also seen a play pen for babies in the closet! The patio has a great view of the canal! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Place to stay! Convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Close to sports complex if staying for a baseball tournament.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The homeowner made everything so accommodating by providing all you need for the beach! The home was very clean with plenty of space for my family of 5! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning!

The condo included small extras that most don’t include such as usb plugs in master on end tables, a blow up mattress, and beach/towels and toys.

This is a beautiful beach home that did not disappoint!! It has a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of room for family gatherings. We really enjoyed the pool, the large tv’s and especially the fire pit area. We had a fire and s’mores several nights. We only had a little problem with the pool heater but the management company was very responsive and got it fixed pronto. We will be back!!!

We came to PCB for a softball tournament and this house was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the ballpark. The outdoor living space can not be beat!

This house was PERFECT for our group of 6!! The location was perfect from the beach! We rented a golf cart to go to the beach and places close by! All the amenities that came with the house were a BIG PLUS especially the kitchen and beach stuff to use!!! Enjoyed the bikes and pool!!

This house was amazing! Our kids really enjoyed having a pool to themselves and not having to worry about other people and it being fenced in provided all the privacy we wanted. I personally loved the bikes that were included because it was so nice to take a bike stroll around the neighborhood and shopping centers without having to drive the car every time. It isn’t right on the beach but we walked every time and it wasn’t bad at all. I do wish there would have been more then 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper because with 8 people we definitely had to go to the store for those items. Also the alarm on the back doors were very annoying and went off every time you opened the door. I get it is for safety reasons but it’s hard to keep that from going off with kids in and out. I also wish we would have known there were pool toys and beach wagons/toys because we would have packed lighter on those items. Overall though it was an amazing experience and we couldn’t be happier.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Our fami!y, 6 adults, a 3 year old and. 4 year old, had a perfect vacation at the Boardwalk Beach Resort!!!. We loved everything about this condo! It was in a great location, the building is gated and a covered parking is a plus! Communication and check in was a breeze. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need. There was a lovely gift bag with sunscreen, aloe and treats for the adults and kids. We bought/brought a lot of beach toys but we shouldn’t have bothered. There is a closet crammed full of everything you would need. My only complaint would be that it had to end. I hope we can return some day. It was a dream come true.

Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Perfect location and amenities for all of the family. Will definitely stay here again!

We just LOVE this condo and the property, location and beach! The condo was immaculate, the pool and beach were just perfect, as always, and the condo owners were extremely attentive, start to finish! We just booked again for next year, and look forward to many years to come! We had adults 65, down to 25 years in age, and children from 7 years old, to 19 months, and each one of us thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay! It never fails us, a true paradise!

This is the perfect rental property. The location is as close to pier Park as you can get and right across from the beach. The house was a perfect layout and the kitchen was complete with anything you would need. The rental agency was amazing as well. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to PCB.

We had the best time at this house while staying in PCB for Softball world series! The house has everything you need to cook plus lots of beach extras that were a bonus. The location is the best & we often walked up to the pier, to restaurants and shopping. Didn’t have to try to park or sit in the Front Beach road traffic. Also, we were there a couple hours before check in and were able to get in by making a simple phone call!

This property was soiled in several places, including the upstairs couches AND the rug. I have photos, however, VRBO no longer allows the customer to post proof. (if anyone has a service dog, you’ll appreciate this). My parent’s SERVICE dog confused the rug as a place to relieve himself while my parents were packing to leave. Service dog owners (and CGC trained owners) understand this represents an previously stained animal feces area that lacks approperiate cleaning. My husband and I had already departed hours earlier leaving my parents on their own. Again, I have photo proof of the previous stains when we first arrived on property, time-stamped and dated. WONDER where ALL the cleaning and dog fees go to? After 700.00 in fees and additional $200.00 was added (WE GLADLY and RIGHTFULLY PAID THE $200.00 fee. After all, the dog DID relieved itself upon leaving) The couches AND rug SHOULD BE CLEAN upon arrival!! Maybe the extra $200.00 will also go towards cleaning those nasty stained couches. The downstairs master bedroom is the loudest, HOTTEST room I have ever stayed in. I had to put toilet paper in my ears at night to TRY to sleep! Stair railing is coming off wall. Both, downstairs TV picture was “snowy” even after doing exactly the instructions in the drawer. Therefor, we couldn’t watch TV before bed. New grass was laid while we were there. Before it was laid it was muddy wet mess for a while leaving it hard to get into our truck not including the water sprinklers coming on in the morning also making it a challenge to get into our cars. We never used any of the appliances or cooked a meal there.

It was very nice and clean. Close to Pier Park so you could walk to there and the pier. Beach was across the street with easy access. Overall it was exactly what we needed. Will be renting again in the future!

Love the home we rented for the week. Pictures are spot on and the neighborhood is wonderful. Plenty of room for 12 people for sure. The internet had a weak to no signal all week and the cable hardly picked up any channels or stayed not connected. The walk to the beach is a short walk and the home is in a great location. Definitely recommend if you have a big family.

Loved this rental property! Got our workout in with the 3 flight of stairs . Overall, everything was as described. Beach is walking distance, but we rented a golf cart. Will be coming again. Thank you!

Fit our family of nine well. Great A/C. Nice décor. Plenty of towels and blankets. Responsive managers. Close to beach. Recommended.

We enjoyed this condo very much! The new decor is very pretty with that perfect beach feel! The proximity to the beach is a very short distance and we loved sitting on the balcony day and night listening to the ocean. We left the beach chairs and umbrellas we purchased in the unit for the next guests. That is always a nice amenity to include in beach vacation rentals. We loved all the restaurants in the Panama City area.

This condo was so gorgeous, it was so comfortable and so clean!! Perfect location being on the second floor, and a short beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s! Also loved that the pool was not directly under us, it made the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this resort and will return for years to come. We had an issue with microwave and someone was there to check it out within the hour. Communication with host was extremely helpful and fast. They even let us leave some unopened food items for the next crew coming in. We will definitely be returning! Best resort we’ve stayed at in 10+ years hands down!!

We are a family of 5 with kids aged 19, 17, and 14. We went starting the weekend of Memorial Day for a week. The beach was incredibly crowded the Sunday before and on Memorial Day. So much so that we thought we had made a mistake in booking such a busy location. The beach was much less crowed the rest of the week. My son (14) says he enjoyed this beach trip more than others b/c of the white sand, clear water, quick access from room to beach, and that we had an ocean view. I agree with him. Check-in was easy. We had one minor plumbing issue and the management company had someone over there quick. Coded lock on the front door made it easy to come and go without a key. Overall, we gave this place a 5 based on the points mentioned and what we felt was a good value.

Everything was as shown. Other locations we have rented elevators are always down and have a long wait. Elevators here where fast and all operational. A lot of food and shopping within walking distance. Property is very secure and ample parking

Our trip could not have been better! The condo had everything we needed and more. The beds and bedding were so nice and comfortable. We each had our own bathroom with plenty of towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, the granite countertops were an added plus. The location was perfect and we had no problems with parking, elevators or the unit. Plenty of seating for all six of us at table and outside on the balcony. We plan to come back with family!

The wrap around balcony is amazing in this condo. Grab some appetizers, drinks and watch the beautiful sunset each evening.

This condo is just as it is described, beautiful and updated. We will definitely stay here again. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and had an awesome view of the beach and ocean.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful remodeled 3 bedroom condo the last full week of June. I cannot say enough about this unit. It had every accommodation you could imagine plus more, all the while making us feel like we were in someone’s home. The decor in the condo is top notch as well. The view from the wrap around balcony is nothing short of breath taking each time we walked out to enjoy it. It is on the 17th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator even though it was a very busy time in PCB. I highly recommend this unit and the Celadon as a whole and would stay in this place every time if it was available.

This property was amazing! The condo was perfectly appointed and the outside area was the best we’ve ever had. The owner had excellent communication before during and after our visit. Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed on PCB for a softball tournament. The owner of the condo was so helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we knew the best way to get to the complex!Fully stocked kitchen!Amazing views! The balcony was our favorite place to sit!Being in the 6th floor made getting to and from parking easy. We would usually just take the stairs, only 1 flight to the parking lot! So handy on days when the elevator was backed up!The owner, Kay, was so nice to work with. She’s always available to help answer questions and does her best to make sure your stay is a great one!

Stayed in this beautiful beachfront paradise for a week in late June. We booked about 5 months in advance, and had numerous text conversations with Kay (owner) over that time. She is so fun, personable, quick to reply, and provides a wealth of information if you need it. The photos of the property accurately reflect the elegance of the unit, but you can’t truly appreciate it until you get there and absorb all the unique furnishings and cool beach decor. The 6th floor location is perfect – high enough to have privacy, but low enough to hear the waves crashing. Never had an issue with elevators, and the resort staff were always cleaning and maintaining the grounds immaculately. The unit is stocked with too many conveniences to list – you really just need your food/beverages, and some laundry/dishwasher pods. We’ve stayed near the pier park before, and found we liked this location much better, since it’s much less congested/busy. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive there using the back beach road, for when you do want to go there and shop. The beach is amazing, of course. If you elect to bring your own tent/chairs, the land to the west of the resort is vacant, so it’s always easy to find a close spot to set up. Thanks for providing such an awesome place to stay!

We had an amazing week at this condo. The condo was immaculately clean upon our arrival and so cute! The kitchen was very well supplied with dishes and cooking supplies. Everything we could have needed and more. The view from the patio was awesome. We spent many hours relaxing on the comfy furniture out there.Beach access and pool were great! Kay was a great host. Super attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. This is by far the best decorated condo we have ever stayed at. The amenities in the condo are extensive. I do not just mean dishes and pots but little things you might need. We more than once said I wish we had brought … only to find one in a drawer or cabinets. I cannot say enough about the comfort of the covered balcony. We had 4 adults and 2 kids but never felt like we needed more space either inside or out. The communication from the owner Kay was amazing. She regularly checked in with us prior to, during and after our visit including very much helpful information about the unit, complex, restaurants, attractions and if all was as expected. The Grand Panama is located in the middle of everything. We had no more than a 15-minute drive to anything we decided to do, usually much less. Plenty of beach for all to go around and only a short walk to the pier. If you bring your own beach chairs, be sure to get up early to reserve a good spot. If you rent chairs, I suggest you pay extra for the wooden chair vs the plastic loungers. The wooden will be placed front row by the water with no one in front of you, while the lounger will leave room for people to set up between you and the water. Did have issue with an elevator being down but it was manageable. Being on the 6th floor leaves only one flight of stairs to the walkover to the parking garage. Hope you can see this is a great rental for you to get if you can. We plan on a return trip and stay here again when we do.

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. The views are unmatched from the condo and balcony. The condo is well equipped with anything you could need. Exceptionally clean. If there is anything that could be improved it would be to have a few rugs when you come into the unit or by the beds to brush the sand off. Hope to stay again soon

This was the nicest condo that our family has ever stayed in. Very nicely decorated, equipped with most anything you need and very clean. It has a very cozy atmosphere as well. We will definitely be back. The beach was not crowded either and was very relaxing. We give our experience a 2 thumbs up!
